In accordance with Article 6 of the Franchise Agreement with Burrtec Waste & Recycling Services, please find the attached rate sheets for your review and approval. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) change from January 2022 to January 2023 was 4.97% (Index sheet attached).
The Edom Hill disposal increase was 7.08%. The rate will be adjusted from $ 55.75/ton to $59.70/ton.
There is a customer need to add an organics 2yd rate, we have added that addition for your consideration.
