A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Carnevale and seconded by Councilmember Gutierrez to approve Special Use Permit 2023-004 for the Coachella Valley Bully Fest to be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024 in the Cathedral City Community Amphitheater and waive the $510 application fee in lieu of a sponsorship of the event.
