Craig Bouman, Greenscape Engineering, expressed his concern with the struggling cannabis industry. He provided an overview of his loses and taxes paid to the City over the last few years. He explained that he has back taxes due and is concerned with not being able to renew his license. He is requesting that the City work with the struggling operators to be able to catch up and continue doing business in Cathedral City.
