John Corella, Director of Engineering and Public Works, presented a draft Parks Application for Facilities Long Term Use, which included an overview on the background, park amenities, expanded budget, requests from various organizations, reservation process, other agencies reservation process, and its relation to the Strategic Plan.
The City Council provided their feedback and asked clarifying questions, which were responded to by staff. This item was for information and direction only, there was no formal action taken by the City Council.
