City Manager Charles McClendon announced that this application was reviewed by the Historic Preservation Committee on June 20, 2023, and was continued to a future date.
Staff recommends that the Mayor open the Public Hearing and receive comments this evening and continue the Public Hearing to a date uncertain allowing the Historic Preservation Committee to hear the item and make their recommendation for Council’s consideration at a future meeting.
Mayor Rita Lamb opened the Public Hearing for public comments, seeing none, she closed the Public Hearing and returned discussion to the City Council.
