A motion was made by Councilmember Gregory and seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Carnevale to adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Cathedral City acting on behalf of Improvement Area No. 19 of the City of Cathedral City Community Facilities District No. 2006-1 (Law Enforcement, Fire, Paramedic, Park Maintenance Services) canvassing the results of the Special Election held within said District.
