Tracey Hermosillo, City Clerk, provided an overview on the proposed Administrative Policy Authorizing the acceptance of Digital and Electronic Signatures in lieu of "wet" signatures on City documents.
The City Council expressed their support of the City accepting digital and electronic signatures as outlined in the proposed administrative policy. This item was for information and discussion only, there was no formal action taken by the Council. The proposed policy will be distributed to all employees.
