A motion was made by Councilmember Gregory and seconded by Councilmember Gutierrez to introduce, wave full reading byond title, and provide first reading of an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Cathedral City acting as the legislative body of Improvement Area No. 18 of the City of Cathedral City Community Facilities District No. 2006-1 (Law Enforcement, Fire, Paramedic, Park Maintenance Services) authorizing the levy of a special tax.
