This letter is in response to the request made by the Cathedral City Engineering Department to Tops N Barricades Inc. Cathedral City officials dispatched Tops N Barricades Inc. to the area of Date Palm Drive and Vista Chino on Monday, August 21s, for emergency clearing of major roadways in the area. The requested clearing of mud and debris flow in excess of three feet (3') was caused by Tropical Storm Hilary that had just passed through the area.
Tops N Barricades services will be provided on a Time and Material basis for a period of * 30 days or until instructed by the city officials to resume operations. Attached, please find our rate sheet for traffic control equipment and operations, these rates do include prevailing wage.
