BACKGROUND:
Abode Communities is a nonprofit social enterprise that has been rooted in community development throughout the State of California since 1968. More than an affordable housing provider, their work fosters a culture of housing inclusion by integra ting families and individuals with neighborhoods so communities at-large can thrive.
DISCUSSION:
A team of individuals from Abode Communities and Riverside University Health System will provide a presentation on the proposed conversion of the Desert Exte nded Stay property, a cooperative project with Abode Communities and Riverside County.

There is no fiscal impact with this item.
