Stone James, Economic Development Director, provided an overview of how Placer AI Consumer Trend Data is being used. He stated that the data is being used to attract new businesses and analyze/reposition underperforming assets. He stated that the Economic Development Department is continually looking for new ways to leverage consumer data to better inform business attraction, retention, and expansion decisions.
