Al Ford, Deputy City Attorney, announced that the City Council met in Closed Session to hold a conference with Real Property Negotiator regarding approximately 1.8 acres on the Festival Lawn located on the south west corner of Avenida Lalo Guerrero and West Buddy Rogers Road, there was no reportable action taken.
