Christina Burton, Administrative Assistant to City Clerk, conducted the Oath of Office to Nancy Ross who was appointed to serve as Mayor Pro Tem for a period of one-year.
Mayor Mark Carnevale and the City Council gave a special thanks to outgoing Mayor Rita Lamb, and presented her with a gift.
Councilmember Rita Lamb expressed her appreciation for her fellow Councilmembers and the ability to serve the community in this capacity.
Mayor Pro Tem Nancy Ross expressed her excitement to collaborate with everyone in the coming year. She is looking forward to the achievements to come.
Mayor Mark Carnevale thanked those in attendance and discussed the Council's efforts to continue to do the good work of the City.
