The City Council expressed their concerns, provided feedback, and asked clarifying questions, which were responded to by Staff and Legal.
After discussion it was the consensus of the City Council to direct staff to bring back an item to discuss the following options related to solid waste containers, bulky items at the curb and enforcement:
