Each member of the City Council reflected on their personal accomplishments as well City accomplishments as a whole over the past year. They also each expressed what they felt were the greatest challenges for the City for the year. Each Councilmember stated what their initiatives are for the coming year and the goals that they would like to see modified.
City Manager Charles McClendon provided an overview of what Council discussed.
He indicated that staff will update the Strategic Plan based on their discussion, which will be presented to the City Council at a future meeting for modification and/or approval.
