A motion was made by Councilmember Lamb and seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Ross to appoint Councilmember Lamb and Councilmember Gutierrez to an Ad-Hoc Subcommittee to review Community Assistance Grant applications, the Subcommittee will decide which dates to convene to review and make recommendations for grant funding.
