In accordance with Article 6 of the Franchise Agreement with Burrtec Waste & Recycling Services. Burrtec respectfully request a rate adjustment, please find the attached rate sheets for your review and approval. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) change from January 2023 to January 2024 was 5.55% (Index sheet attached). The attached rate sheets reflect a 5% CPI increase as 5% is the maximum allowed CPI for collection component service increases.
The Edom Hill disposal increase was 8.01%. The rate will be adjusted from $ 59.70/ton to $64.48/ton.
