Title: Special Events: Spring 2024 Recap
RECOMMENDATION:
This item is presented for information, discussion, and direction only.
BACKGROUND:
The City Council approved the position of Communications & Events Manager and Events & Special Projects Coordinator to create, implement, and manage signature events sponsored by the City of Cathedral City as well as assisting as needed with events produced by third parties utilizing our facilities.
DISCUSSION:
The Communications & Events manager will provide a recap of the spring special events. It will include information about entertainment, attendance, finances, management, strengths and challenges.
After the spring recap is provided, the Communications & Events Manager will answer any questions related to past and future special events in Cathedral City.
