Letter of Interest
Donald B. Stouder
Cathedral City Public Arts Commission
I am writing this at the Cathedral City Library after biking over here via Ocotillo Park. It seemed like there was something on the entire route that has been touched, or is about to be touched, by the Public Arts Commission. Even here inside the library I will have the opportunity to present my art next weekend because of an exhibition sponsored by the commission. Thank you, by the way.

I am recently retired from a very long career in health care, and I would be very interested in serving on the commission as a way to give something back to my adopted city, now that I have some free time! My husband Tim and I have been here since 2017, and have been cheerleaders for Cathedral City since we arrived. In retirement, I am an active writer, photographer, and artist. In my professional life, I served on many regional and national committees and commissions. These two together seem like a great fit for the Public Art Commission.

I am attaching a CV and would be happy to answer any questions you might have.

Sincerely,
Don Stouder
