Mayor Nancy Ross called the Special Meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.

A. City Manager's Department Staff Review
Recommendation: This item is presented for information, discussion and direction only.
City Manager, Charles McClendon, provided an overview of the staffing and budget for the City Manager's Department.
City Clerk, Tracey Hermosillo, provided an overview of the staffing and budget for the City Clerk's Department.
Human Resources Manager, Eugenia Torres, provided an overview of staffing and budget for the Human Resources Department.
Communications and Events Manager, Ryan Hunt, provided an overview of the staffing, department budget, and the proposed special events budget for the Communications and Events Department.
Chief Technology Officer, Jan De Guzman, provided an overview of the staffing and budget for the IT Department.
The City Council asked clarifying questions, which were responded to by staff.
This item was a presentation only, there was no formal action taken by the City Council.
