Mayor Nancy Ross called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.

A. Staffing Review of the Police Department
Recommendation: This item is presented for information, discussion, and direction only
Police Chief George Crum provided an overview of the Police Department's staffing, the proposed budget reductions/additions for the next biennial budget, and the department's accomplishments and goals.
The City Council asked clarifying questions, which were responded to by staff.
This item was a presentation only and there was no formal action taken by the City Council.
Mayor Nancy Ross had Mayor Pro Tem Raymond Gregory take over the meeting at 2:41 p.m. Mayor Pro Tem Gregory asked for public comments, there being none, he adjourned the meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Pro Tem Gregory adjourned the meeting at 2:42 p.m.
