Dear Ms. Pressgrove:
In accordance with Article 6 of the Franchise Agreement with Burrtec Waste & Recycling Services. Burrtec respectfully request a rate adjustment, please find the attached rate sheets for your review and approval. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) change from January 2024 to January 2025 was 4.43% (Index sheet attached). The attached rate sheets reflect a 4.43% CPI for collection component service increases.
The Edom Hill disposal increase was 4.42%. The rate will be adjusted from $ 64.48./ton to $67.33/ton.
