Labor:
1. Install new wires to feed internal and external
wiring in a new monument installation.
2. Install (3) sets of conduit from the monument
to the #6 ground box to carry the feeds.
3. Define the circuit currently controlling the post
lights on the side of the street and utilize for
the monument lighting.
4. Establish if the existing timer in the panel
enclosure will be able to be used to control
the lighting schedule of the monument and
program.
5. A transformer will be needed for the low
voltage LED lighting in and around the
monument.
Materials:
In ground 12V transformer.
1” pvc conduit and all related materials.
Wire, fixture and outlet boxes, connectors and fittings, straps, standards and wire nuts.

Terms:
1. Quote is subject to approval from the local serving utility of work to be accomplished if required.
2. Utility fees are not included.
3. All devices must have appropriate UL listings.
4. Any service equipment in need of corrections or updating will be done on a time and material basis with labor @ $100.00 per hour and materials marked up @ 20%.
5. Shipping and handling not included.
6. Permit fees not included.
7. Work is guaranteed for 1 calendar year after inspection.
EXCLUSIONS: Off hours work, Code upgrades to existing systems, Utility hook- up fees, Hazardous materials removal and abatement including but not limited to lead and asbestos, WSST as built, California state energy code requirements, All patch and paint, excavation, backfill, soil removal, saw and concrete removal unless otherwise specified in the contract.
PAYMENT TO BE MADE AS FOLLOWS: 40% upon signing, 35% upon completion of rough-in, 25% upon final inspection.
All work is guaranteed for one year upon final inspection. All work to be completed in a craftsman like manner according to industry standards. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control.
Owners to carry fire insurance and other necessary insurances.
ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL: The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined. Our price will remain in effect for 30 days, after which it will be subject to a review.
