The undersigned Contractor approves the foregoing Change Order as to the changes, if any, in the contract price specified for each item including any and all supervision costs and other miscellaneous costs relating to the change in work, and as to the extension of time allowed, if any, for completion of the entire work on account of said Change Order. The Contractor agrees to furnish all labor and materials and perform all other contract and all provisions will apply hereto. It is understood that the Change Order shall be effective when approved by the City.

Good morning, attached please find Econolite System RFC 001 revision for bid item #3.
The change of scope of work will also require an increase of working days added to the project. Econolite System is requesting 30 additional days (currently 50 working days) for the new traffic signal assembles.
Additional labor is required removing existing traffic signal assembles, safe off wire(s) then install the new traffic signal assembles.
The lead time for new traffic signal assembles is 10-12 weeks ARO, subject the change.
