This letter will serve as the written request of CC Industry LLC (“CC”) to postpone its appeal before the Cathedral City Council referenced above and scheduled for December 10, 2025 to the City Council meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 25, 2026. In the event the City Council meeting for that date is unavailable, we ask that the appeal be put over to the first available City Council date in March.
