Dear Ms. Pressgrove:
In accordance with Article 6 of the Franchise Agreement with Burrtec Waste & Recycling Services. Burrtec respectfully request a rate adjustment, please find the attached rate sheets for your review and approval. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) change from January 2025 to January 2026 was 4.73% (Index sheet attached). The attached rate sheets reflect a 4.73% CPI for collection component service increases.
The Edom Hill disposal increase was 4.50%. The rate will be adjusted from $ 67.33./ton to $70.36/ton. The Edom Hill Compost rate for food/greenwaste increase was 4.73%. The rate will be adjusted from $100.34/ton to $105.09/ton.
