believe that my professional and educational background provides me with the tools necessary to make decisions that reflect the needs and priorities of Cathedral City residents.
Further, I have attended local Planning Commission hearings remotely and followed current issues, including various development applications, zoning verifications, and the important Zoning Code update. I believe the impacts of the City’s development code update will resonate for years to come and shape many aspects of housing development and overall design. I understand that many housing development decisions will be delegated to staff; however, the development code can lay a strong foundation for them.
In sum, I would welcome the opportunity to serve on the Cathedral City Planning Commission, contributing my personal experience, knowledge, and background to thoughtfully guide the City’s development.
