Thank you for the opportunity to provide a proposal for custom-designed Type I ambulances for your growing EMS response needs. Below is our proposal for two (2) Demers MXP170 Type I ambulances on Ford F450 4x4 gas chassis as per the attached spec summary. Engineering drawings are in development and will be provided as soon as possible.

RedSky Emergency Vehicles is committed to providing Cathedral City Fire Department with responsive, local service and warranty support throughout the life of its ambulances. A key part of that support is our partnership with Fire Apparatus Solutions in Rialto, giving the department access to experienced emergency vehicle technicians close to home for routine service, repairs, warranty work, and troubleshooting. This local capability is backed by RedSky’s service and warranty team, allowing us to coordinate directly with the department, the service provider, and the ambulance manufacturer to resolve issues quickly and minimize vehicle downtime. Our goal is to provide Cathedral City Fire Department with not only a high-quality ambulance at delivery, but also the dependable, long-term support needed to keep its units in service and mission-ready.

*Includes estimated Ford GPC rebate of -$2,900 and assumes Cathedral City Fire Department has an active Ford GPC code at time of order. Changes to the Ford GPC code rebate and changes to the chassis price by Ford will result in a price adjustment at time of final invoicing.
Payment Terms: Payment shall be made directly to RedSky Emergency Vehicles, Inc. or as directed by RedSky.
Delivery Times: Estimated completion at Demers Ambulances between 15 - 18 months. Schedule to be determine Seller shall not be liable for failure to deliver or for any delay in delivering the motor vehicles covered by this agreement where such failure or delay is due, in whole or in part, to any cause beyond the control or without the fault or negligence of the Seller. Delays from the chassis manufacturer will result in extended delivery time, as will changes to this contract once the order has been placed with Demers Ambulance. Additions or deletions may be made if the vehicle has not passed that point in production at the time of change.

RedSky Emergency Vehicles 866.500.5948 redskyemergency.com Sales & Use Taxes: The price for the motor vehicle specified in this agreement does not include Sales Taxes and Use Taxes (Federal, State, or Local) unless expressly stated. Purchaser assumes and agrees to pay, unless prohibited by law, and such Sales, Use, or Occupational Taxes imposed on or applicable to the transaction covered by this agreement, regardless of which party may have primary tax liability.
Cancellation: If customer should choose to cancel the order after execution of the purchase agreement and acceptance of the order at RedSky Emergency Vehicles, customer shall be liable for all expenses incurred prior to date of cancellation.
Validity: 30 days
