RECOMMENDATION
Accept the CEO’s report on contracts that EBCE has entered, as required by the Administrative Procurement Policy. Items executed between February 9, 2022 and March 9, 2022;
C-2022-012 SMUD (Sacramento) Amendment 4 to Exhibit A, Task Order 2 for CAPP Data Analysis, one time service to validate PG&E reporting, one time cost of $20,000.
C-2022-013 SMUD (Sacramento) Amendment 5 to Exhibit A, Task Order 2 Management and Call Center Services related to DAC-GT Disadvantaged Communities Green Tartiff, adds a one-time fee of $53,898.
C-2022-014 Spectrum Community Services (Hayward) 2022 Community Outreach Grant awarded in the amount of $30,000 to support workforce development, promote stronger local economic activity, and increase community resilience, and to support Spectrum's AMP outreach program.
C-2022-015 Korn Ferry Letter of Engagement (New York, NY) Independent market data and advice on current levels of pay for CEO, COO & Sr Director of Energy Procurement at a cost of $29,000.
