RECOMMENDATION
Accept the CEO’s report on contracts that EBCE has entered, as required by the Administrative Procurement Policy. Items executed between April 14, 2022 and May 10, 2022;
C-2022-030 DocuSign Order Form, eSignature Business Pro Edition Subscription from April 12, 2022, to April 2024, including Premier Support, cost of $7,728.
C-2022-031 Rayshine (Santa Monica, CA) Consulting Services Agreement for brand, marketing, and communications strategic planning services to EBCE through June 1, 2022, compensation not to exceed $30,000.
C-2022-032 Komorous-Towney Architects (Oakland) Consulting Services Agreement for Architectural engineering and design services for 251 8th Street, compensation not to exceed $400,000 through December 31, 2023.
C-2022-033 Oakland Private Industry Council 2022 Community Outreach Grant Agreement awarded in the amount of $30,000 to support the AMP outreach program through September 1, 2022.
C-2022-034 Read Oak Engineering (Spring Hill, TN) Consulting Services Agreement for the Services of Scott Haggerty, who will provide political consulting services to EBCE, with compensation not to exceed $20,000 through December 31, 2022.
C-2022-035 Municipal Resource Group (Wilton, CA) Consulting Services Agreement for Human resource services with compensation not to exceed $25,000 through October 25, 2022.

C-2022-037 Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe (San Francisco) Consulting Services Agreement for bond and tax counsel services to EBCE with total compensation not to exceed $275,000 or $300,000 based on the efficiency of the transaction, with a term of no more than three years.
C-2022-038 SMUD Amendment 7 to Exhibit A, Task Order 2; For on-going DAC-GT enrollment work, adds $16,000 in costs.
C-2022-039 Acterra First Amendment to CSA adds $6,375 in compensation for a total amount not to exceed $141,375, updates the scope of work, corrects clerical errors, and extends the termination date to March 21, 2023.
C-2022-040 Bay Alarm Commercial Fire Alarm System Purchase and/or Services Agreement; Installation, testing, and monitoring of panel & fire devices at 251 8th Street for a three-year term, with a setup & installation cost of $3,450 and an $85 monthly fee.
