The environmental consequences of dealing with nuclear radioactive waste, the potential for leaks, security issues, and the reality that we live in an active earthquake zone, should all lead to the decision that this does not make sense for our communities - a "no" vote against development of a nuclear power plant. There is no such think as "clean nuclear energy" and will not be until there is a way to safely deal with the nuclear radioactive waste generated by such plants.
