RECOMMENDATION
Accept the CEO’s report on contracts that Ava Community Energy has entered into, as required by the Administrative Procurement Policy, from February 12, 2025, through March 12, 2025; C-2025-021 Kitchen Stadium, Inc (Delaware) Consulting Service Agreement, provides engagement of Consultant to manage Ava's purchasing and billing processes for self-consumption of gifting to Third Parties, including but not limited to employees, clients, customers, and other guests, and certain other items via the platform to Ava, effective January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, with a maximum compensation of $150,000.bystadium.com platform to Ava, effective January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, with a maximum compensation of $150,000.
C-2025-022 Path to Summit, LLC (Louisiana) Consulting Service Agreement, provides Asana Project Management Software Training and Support services, effective February 20, 2025, through December 12, 2025, with compensation not to exceed $5,000.
C-2025-023 Oakland Roots Sports Club Brand Partnership Agreement, provides the Oakland Roots Sports Club with $175,000, as a local clean power sponsor, for the term of February 24, 2025, through December 31, 2025.
C-2025-024 Abbott Stringham and Lynch (Campbell, CA) Consulting Service Agreement, provides data and security audit services to Ava, effective February 12, 2025, through June 30, 2025, with a max compensation of $10,000.

C-2025-025 LHi Group Inc. Search Assignment Form, provides for talent search pertaining to Ava's specified vacancy of Salesforce Director, with a retainer fee of $5,000 per specified vacancy, effective February 2, 2025.
C-2025-026 J. Tedesco & Associates (San Diego, CA) Consulting Services Agreement CEO performance evaluation services through June 30, 2025, with compensation not to exceed $8,000
C-2025-027 Omni Government Relations, LLC First Amendment to CSA extends the term of agreement for legislative advocacy services through December 31, 2025, and adds $120,000 in additional compensation for that term, with total compensation under this agreement not to exceed $235,000.
C-2025-028 Matthew Eva (Santa Clara, CA) Purchase Rider provides content writing services in support of Ava's Marketing team, effective March 6, 2025, through June 30, 2025, with a max compensation of $10,000.
C-2025-029 Emerald Cities Collaborative, Inc Community Organizing and Capacity Building for Resilience Hubs Grant Agreement, empowers local communities to own and lead Resilience Hub efforts that can best address the communities' unique needs, with a grant of up to $300,000 over 18 months, effective March 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026.
C-2025-030 City of Livermore First Amendment to Charging Station License Agreement, amends to reflect Ava's name change, add language regarding public disclosure under California Public Records Act, and update specific requirements related to operation and maintenance.
C-2025-031 Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich and Rosati Sixth Amendment to CSA, adds $350,000 in additional compensation for fiscal year 2024/2025, which is through June 30, 2025.
C-2025-032 PC Professional Fifth Amendment to CSA adds $100,000 in additional compensation for fiscal year 2024/2025, which is through June 30, 2025.
C-2025-033 SolarAPP Foundation (Washington, DC) Consulting Services Agreement for the purposes of developing and implementing heat pump water heater permit streamlining functionality in the existing SolarAPP+ software and providing relevant training to Ava Member Agencies with compensation not to exceed $350,000 through February 28, 2027.

C-2025-037 7th Inning Stretch LLC (dba Stockton Ports Baseball Club) 2025 & 2026 (With Opt-Out) Stockton Ports and Ava Community Energy Partnership Agreement, Ava will provide a sponsorship to the Stockton Ports for the 2025 season and potentially the 2026 season, in the amount of $40,000 per season, in return Ava will receive certain promotional rights. If Ava opts out of sponsorship for the 2026 there will be a $5,000 opt out fee.
C-2025-038 Noceti Group (dba San Joaquin Asparagus Festival) 2025 San Joaquin Asparagus Festival $5,000 Asparagus Spear Sponsorship, Ava will provide a $5,000 sponsorship in support of the April 2025 Asparagus Festival located in San Joaquin County, and in return Ava will receive certain promotional rights.
C-2025-039 Brandt Energy Strategies Second Amendment to CSA adds $5,000 for legislative policy advocacy services through June 30, 2025.
