Please forward to the entire Ava Community Energy board, all alternate directors and the Community Advisory Committee my opposition to sb 540 and my request that voting on this measure be delayed long enough for all board members, especially those newly appointed, have time to get fully informed about it. Please make sure this is done before 6 p.m. today.
