To the Ava Community Energy Board:
Hi, I'm Gloria, a constituent of Union City.
I was informed that Ava is holding a vote with regards to supporting California SB 540. Please forward my email with the Ava Community Energy Board and their alternates before 6PM today.
I’m concerned that this bill would mean California gives up control of our energy market rules to FERC during a time when Trump’s administration is threatening to expand and subsidize coal.
Please oppose SB540—or at least postpone a vote.
