Please share this email today 3/19/25 before 6pm to the entire Ava Community Energy board, their alternates and Community
Advisory members. I am requesting the board OPPOSE SB 540 and at minimum delay a rushed vote that AVA staff is recommending
you support. You must have time to view the measure to accurately and effectively represent your constituents in an informed way!
