RECOMMENDATION
Accept the CEO’s report on contracts that Ava Community Energy has entered into, as required by the Administrative Procurement Policy, from May 14, 2025, through June 11, 2025; C-2025-090 Xynteo Limited (United Kingdom) Consulting Services Agreement, provides strategic load growth analysis, effective May 18, 2025, through May 17, 2026, with a maximum compensation of $95,000.
C-2025-091 PFM Financial Advisors (El Segundo, CA) Engagement Letter provides financial advisory services related to procurement of Line of Credit, effective May 15, 2025, through May 15, 2026, with a maximum compensation of $30,000.
C-2025-092 Rubicon Point Partners (Rotunda) (Oakaland) Purchase Rider Provides temporary location at the Rotunda to host Ava's July Board of Directors and Community Advisory Committee meetings with compensation not to exceed $2,852 through July 1, 2025.
