RECOMMENDATION
Accept the CEO’s report on contracts that Ava Community Energy has entered into, as required by the Administrative Procurement Policy, from July 12, 2025, through September 10, 2025; C-2025-144 PC Professional, Inc (Oakland, CA) June 2025 Sixth Amendment to Consulting Services Agreement, adds $100,000 in additional compensation through June 30, 2025 for IT support services.
C-2025-145 Best Best & Krieger LLP July 2025 Consulting Services Agreement, Legal matters including commercial contracting, commercial litigation, public works, trademarks, and copyrights.
C-2025-146 EMC Research, Inc May 2025 Amendment to the Consulting Services Agreement, adds $90,000 in additional compensation, for the newly extended term of August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026, and revises the Scope of Work, effective July 14, 2025.

C-2025-158 Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) Amendment 7 to Exhibit A: Scope of Services Task Order 3 - Data Management and call center services, captures the the work needed to complete the webform created for the Fremont Renewable 100 opt up transition.
Internally, we refer to this as the “remain on” webform. The webform allows customers the option to remain on the R100 default, transition to Bright Choice or opt back to PG&E services.
Compensation for these services will be $64,350.
