Item 2 Consider Amendment No. 5 to Bayshore Consulting Group, Inc. Agreement to add Board Secretary Services
RECOMMENDATION
Approve Amendment No. 5 to Bayshore Consulting Group, Inc. Agreement to add Board Secretary services, for an annual amount not to exceed $100,000, effective January 1,2025. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, to sign all documents, subject to General Counsel approval.
Item 3 Consider Agreement with City of San Jacinto for Interim Chief Executive Officer
RECOMMENDATION
Approve Agreement with City of San Jacinto for Interim Chief Executive Officer effective July 1, 2025, for an amount not to exceed $144,000.
Item 4 Consider Appointment of a Financial Reserve Policy Ad-Hoc Committee.
RECOMMENDATION
Appoint Financial Reserve Policy Ad-Hoc Committee.
