Chair and Vice Chair Selection
• JPA § 3.C.1 and 3.C.2 and Bylaws §2.2 current language • “The Board member appointed by the Lancaster City Manager shall serve as the Chair of the Board of Directors unless a majority of the Board of Directors votes to appoint a different board member as the Chair of the Board of Directors, in which event, such Board member shall serve as Chair of the Board of Directors for a two (2) year term. At the conclusion of such two (2) year term, and every two (2) years thereafter, an election shall be held at which a Chair shall be selected by majority vote of the Board of Directors for a two (2) year term.”
