On December 13, 2023, the 3CE Policy Board met in Closed session under Government Code 54956.8 for a conference with Real Property Negotiators regarding the property at 1026 Palm, San Luis Obispo, CA.
The Policy Board authorized negotiations and purchase of the subject property. If negotiations lead to an agreement to purchase after final approval by the seller, the details of purchase will be publicly disclosed pursuant to Government Code section 54957.1
