CONSENT AGENDA
1. Approve Minutes from October 19, 2023, Executive Committee Meeting Motion: Committee Member Mahmud, South Pasadena
Second: Committee Member Santangelo, Camarillo
Vote: The consent agenda was approved by a roll call vote with an abstention from Committee Member Kampalath.
REGULAR AGENDA
2. Oral Update from the CEO on CPA Operations
Ted Bardacke, CEO, announced that the Cities of Port Hueneme, La Cañada-Flintridge, and Lynwood voted to join CPA and have scheduled adoption of their respective ordinances in the coming weeks.
3. Review Draft Agenda for the December 7, 2023, Board of Directors Meeting Mr. Bardacke discussed items on the Board consent agenda, including two potential administrative amendments to Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Community Solar tariff amendments, and Net Energy Metering (NEM) 3.0 billing implementation plans. Mr. Bardacke also discussed the public hearing item to approve CPA’s implementation plan for the three cities.
Mr. Bardacke discussed the proposed changes to the 2024 Legislative and Regulatory Policy Platform as part of the Board’s regular agenda item.
