Pursuant to correspondence between Woodard&Curran-Hydroconsult Engineers JV and the SFPUC, due to the As-Needed nature of this contract, some of the scopes of services listed for LBE subconsultants have not yet been requested by the SFPUC in the issued task orders. As a result, several LBE subconsultants’ services have not been utilized.

To recover and maximize the LBE participation, the LBE scopes that have been requested by the SFPUC resulted in greater participation for Cornerstone Consulting HR and CTS International Corp in their respective disciplines.

Per Woodard&Curran-Hydroconsult Engineers JV and the SFPUC, all the listed LBE subconsultants were provided the maximum possible available amount of work to-date in their respective scopes and disciplines per task orders to-date.

Woodard&Curran-Hydroconsult Engineers JV has confirmed that it will remain committed to assigning work to its listed LBE subconsultants and will continue to look for opportunities to utilize LBEs on future task orders.
