Subject: WW-708 -- Various Locations Sewer Replacement No. 12 -- CMD Review

A Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontracting requirement of 15% was established for this project:
The LBE subcontracting requirement is less than 20% due to the specialty work, including but not limited to removing obstruction requiring internal reaming from existing sewer prior to lining work; cured -in- place lining of existing 12-Inch and 16-inch diameter sewer; 14-inch nominal SDR 17 HDPE by pipe bursting method; mortaring of existing 3'x5' or 4'x5' brick sewer; etc.
