On November 10, 2020, by Resolution No. 20-0225, this Commission approved an increase to the duration contingency in the amount of 220 calendar days, for a revised contract duration up to 385 consecutive calendar days.

On July 13, 2021, by Resolution No. 21- 0103, this Commissi on approved an increase to the cost contingency in the amount of $300,000, for a total revised contract amount of up to $917,186, and an increase to the duration contingency in the amount of 365 calendar days for a revised contract duration up to 750 consecutive calendar days.

The SFPUC ultimately did not utilize the additional cost contingency authorized by Resolution No. 21-0103 because the contractor declined to execute an amendment adding the scope for removal of the wind turbines from the façade of the PUC headquarters under this contract .

SFPUC utilized the additional dur ation contingency authorized by Resolution No. 21- 0103 to provide additional time associated with COVID-19 impacts.

Modifications Nos. 1-3 were issued in accordance with Resolution No. 21-0103 and increased the contract amount by $17,387 (within the original 10% contingency amount) and increased the contract duration by 445 consecutive calendar days to furnish and install two additional anchors for the fall protection cable on the 12 th floor roof deck, abate guano, and to provide additional time assoc iated with COVID -19 impacts, for a final contract amount of $578,466 and a final contract duration of 595 consecutive calendar days.
