NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Tuesday, May 24, 2022 – 1:30 PM, to be held in City Hall, Room 400, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, San Francisco, CA 94102, at a Regular Meeting of the SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION: Public Hearing, discussion, and possible action to adopt the proposed CleanPowerSF (Community Choice Aggregation program) and Hetch Hetchy Power electric rates and charges for electric customers of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. The resolution to be presented for consideration at these hearings is:
1. Proposal to Adopt CleanPowerSF Rates and Charges for FYE 2023
2. Proposal to Adopt Hetch Hetchy Power Electric Rates and Charges for FYE 2023 and FYE 2024
If approved, the new rates and charges would take effect July 1, 2022. Copies of the reports detailing these proposed rates and charges can be found online at www.sfpuc.org/rates or by calling (415) 554-3165.
