Amendments to the
Contract:

Proposed Amendment No. 1 (PRO.0167.C) and Amendment No. 2 (PRO.0167.A, B, and D): Staff recommends the Commission approve amendments to increase the not-to-exceed amount of each contract by $2,500,000, with no extension of contract durations.

Amendment No. 1 (PRO.0167.A, B, and D) : At the time of contract execution, the SFPUC suspended the Social Impact Partnership (SIP) Program provisions in conformance with law then in effect (Ordinance No. 232- 21 (Campaign and Government Conduct Code – Behested Payments Ordinance)). By Amendment No. 1, SFPUC re -instated the SIP Program provisions to each of these contracts upon adoption of a n amendment to applicable law ( Ordinance No. 204- 22 (Campaign and Government Conduct Code – Behested Payments Exceptions) ). The suspension and subsequent amendment for c ontract No. PRO.0167.C was unnecessary because PR O.0167.C was executed prior to the effective date of Ordinance No. 232-21.
