Environmental
Review:

Award of this contract does not constitute a “project” under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines section 15378 because it does not involve any commitment to any specific project that may result in a physical change in the environment, and work under the contract will consist of support services only, and SFPUC will not initiate any support services for construction of the individual project(s) under this contract until any appropriate environmental review under the CEQA, if required, has been completed for the individual project(s).

Local Business
Enterprise
Participation and
Non-Discrimination
In Contracting:

The CMD established a 12% Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontracting participation requirement for each contract. AECOM – EMS a Joint Venture, Avila and Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc., and Hetchy CM Partners JV committed to LBE subcontracting participation of 12%, 12.10%, and 15% respectively with their proposals.
