The work described in the above Scope of Work is complete, except for two locations: Elizabeth Street from Diamond Street to Castro Street, and Minna Street from 5th Street to Mary Street.

On December 29, 2021, the San Francisco Planning Department determined work on Elizabeth Street from Diamond Street to Castro Street, and Minna Street from 5th Street to Mary Street, to be statutorily exempt under the CEQA section 21080.21 and CEQA Guideli nes section 15282(k), under Case Number 2021-012918ENV, because the pipeline replacement would be in the public right of way and does not exceed one mile in length. Contract Service Orders for this work were approved by the Commission on January 11, 2022.
