As an inner richmond senior resident I write to offer thanks for enabling continued remote public comment at the PUC.
I will in due course be encouraging the commission to resist approving higher utilities bills for SF residents. We need a few years of zero rate increases. Utiliites providers will need to figure out how to save costs if they want to retain margins instead of "oh everything going up so we should to ..."
