On May 9, 2023, by Resolution 23-0096, the Commission awarded Contract No. WW -719A, Folsom Area Stormwater Improveme nts – SOMA and Mission Districts Sewer Replacement to Mitchell Engineering in the amount of $7,522,041 and with a duration of 365 consecutive calendar days.
On September 26, 2023, by Resolution 23-0177, the Commission revised Resolution 23- 0096 to modify the contract time to add 60 consecutive calendar days to Final Completion that were originally omitted, for a total contract duration of 425 consecutive calendar days.
